- Local not-for-profit groups and Charities.

| Indemnity against damage | Surety fee of £150 required for large scale events such as band nights, parties etc. refundable if no damage |
| Discount for regular hirers (approx 40 weeks) | 10% |
| Deposit and cancellation charges |

| Young peoples events | Only allowed with adult supervision and £150.00 surety fee – refundable if no damage occurs |
| Large scale events | An extra cleaning charge of £60.00 + vat is added to the invoice for large scale events such as parties |
| Additional notes | In order to keep the hire costs at a reasonable level, the Town Council does not have technical support staff on site to assist hirers.
